The Subscriber chooses domicilium citandi et executandi ("domicilium") for the purposes of giving any notice, the payment of any sum, the service of any process and for any other purpose arising from this Agreement at the addresses specified in the registration form completed during Registration. Any notice or communication required or permitted to be given in terms of this Agreement will be valid and effective only if in writing and delivered by hand or by post or fax, or sent via email. The subscriber shall provide a valid personal email address at all times in order that communications from zootzone.com with regard to services and accounts can be communicated to this personal email address; the obligation rests with the Subscriber to notify zootzone.com of any changes to this personal email address.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Therefore transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR), eventhough prices may be in addition to ZAR, be listed in other currencies.
