Backups
Even though zootzone.com runs regular backups of customer data, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have their own independent backup strategy.
Always ensure that you have a backup of a known-to-work version of your website, both when you launch your new website and before making changes.
Backups scheduled by zootzone.com are to be considered emergency backups, in the event that the customer's own backups have failed.
Legacy web servers are backed up as follows:
Three backup slots are executed and rotated automatically: a daily backup, a 2-7 day old backup, and an 8-14 day old backup.
Newer web servers are backed up as follows:
Nightly snapshots, for 14 days
